For the first time - The premium brand Gaggenau launches invisible induction cooktops: 'The Essential Induction'

BSH, the official importer of the premium brand Gaggenau for professional household appliances, introduces the next innovation in the kitchen: "The Essential Induction" cooktops, seamlessly integrated into the kitchen countertop so they are not visible.

The modern world is full of design and technological innovations that we have already become accustomed to, like electric cars, small robots vacuuming the floor, "bots" providing service instead of human response, and more. But it is time to advance innovation also in professional premium kitchens.

BSH, the official importer of the premium brand Gaggenau in Israel, characterized by professional, luxurious, technological products, and innovative design, launches for the first time invisible induction cooktops. Gaggenau's innovative cooktops seamlessly integrate with the kitchen's countertop, in a way that is not visible, with the goal of creating essential workspace with more space in the area. In fact, the new cooktops offer the ultimate freedom in kitchen design, a revolutionary concept for designers and planners.

The cooktop's work surface is made of Cosentino kitchen stone, which includes a wide variety of finishes, designs, colors, and sizes up to 3200 mm by 1440 mm. The cooktops come with unique elements such as: a visual indication made of quartz that checks three different parameters:

* Immediately after pressing the control button, the quartz is illuminated in white, showing us where to place the cooking utensils so that we can position the pot or pan in the right place.

* At the beginning of cooking, the quartz lights up in orange, indicating the surface's heat. This way, we can know that the cooktops are working, and the continued orange illumination even after cooking shows us that the work surface we cooked on is still hot to touch, preventing accidents after use. After cooling the surface to touch, the light turns off.

* An optical temperature sensor that identifies the current temperature in the pot or pan. Thus, the sensor turns the cooktop surface into a versatile area suitable for work, preparation, and serving food.

A control button with 12 different power levels allows for precise temperature adjustment for cooking needs and contributes to professional performance. Additionally, an orange indication on the control button shows us that the cooktops are working, and at the end of the work, the light indicates that the surface is still hot to touch. After cooling the surface to touch, the light on the control button turns off.

To ensure efficient cooking, Gaggenau has developed removable magnetic surface protectors for the user's existing cooking utensils. These protectors are available in four sizes for pots and pans ranging from 10 cm to 28 cm. These protectors not only reduce the noise of the pan or pot moving on the stone surface but also maintain the work surface over time, preserving the conductivity of the induction.
