The iPhone 16 series is anticipated to be unveiled, as tradition suggests, in September. Preceding the event, a flurry of fascinating leaks and rumors provides glimpses into the new devices. A recent leak showcases the complete design of the iPhone 16 series, unveiling a fresh design and interesting features.

Published by renowned leaker Sonny Dickson, the leaked image reveals the rear of the devices in the series. The differences in size between the Pro models and the regular models are evident: the iPhone 16 Pro Max is expected to feature a 6.9-inch screen, while the iPhone 16 Pro is expected to have a 6.3-inch screen. The iPhone 16 Plus will maintain its predecessor's screen size (6.7 inches), while the base iPhone 16 will be the smallest in the series with a 6.1-inch screen.

The two non-Pro models are expected to come with a new vertical camera design, enabling, according to rumors, spatial video recording. All four models in the series are expected to feature a slimmer screen bezel, with the Pro models retaining a high refresh rate of 120Hz (ProMotion), while the non-Pro and Plus models will stick with 60Hz panels.

According to reports, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will receive the Action Button introduced in the iPhone 15 Pro models. Apple may also introduce a new Capture Button for the entire iPhone 16 series. This is a mechanical button with a capacitive surface resembling the soft shutter buttons found on cameras.

Recent leaks also revealed the battery capacities of the iPhone 16 series, indicating a slight improvement across all models except the iPhone 16 Plus, which is expected to have a 9% lower battery capacity compared to the previous model. Apple is expected to focus heavily on artificial intelligence features, likely to be unveiled at the announcement event on June 10th.
