Cargo jet crashes near Houston airport with three people on board

A Boeing 767 cargo jetliner with three people on board crashed into a bay near Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport on Saturday, the Federal Aviation Administration said.

Atlas Air Flight 3591, servicing Amazon, was en route from Miami to Houston when radar and radio contact with the plane was lost about 30 miles (48 km) southeast of the airport, the agency said.

FAA investigators located human remains which seem to be from the crashed plane. The plane crashed in Trinity Bay near Houston.
