Dozens of Jews, Arabs demand authorities do more to stem 'price tag' incidents

Dozens of Jews and Arabs gathered in front of the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem on Sunday to jointly protest the ongoing “price tag” campaign of vandalism perpetrated by those opposed to reconciliation with the Palestinians, according to Army Radio.
“The State of Israel has been lax on this issue,” said Barak Weiss, a member of the Price Tag Forum. “The crime of terrorism is the same crime, and the crime of hatred is the same hatred.”
“We need to treat this exactly as we would treat hate crimes against Jews,” he said.
“The demonstrators came to tell the prime minister to put an end to the price tag terrorist operations,” said Ibrahim Mohasi, the deputy mayor of Baka al-Gharbiya. “He should amputate as if it were a cancerous growth that threatens to spread throughout the body. It’s dangerous.”
