Economic council chair says gov't not ready for earthquake

Israel is financially ready to cope with the aftermath of a large earthquake, National Economic Council chair Professor Eugene Kendal said Thursday according to Army Radio.
"I don't recommend to anyone to rely on the government in such a scenario," Kandel said.
