An Egyptian envoy arrived in the Gaza Strip on Monday to attempt to prevent an escalation between Israel and terrorist groups in Gaza after a week of incendiary and explosive balloon launches, nightly riots along the border fence and retaliatory IDF strikes, according to Palestinian reports.
