Senior Fatah official Nabil Sha'ath said Friday that the Palestinian bid for non-member status at the UN will not end the occupation.
Speaking to Palestinian News Agency Ma'an, Sha'ath said: "The PA will not issue its own currency, but the political victory will enable us to join international organizations and sign the Fourth Geneva Convention."
