Governor of the Bank of Israel Prof. Stanley Fischer on Thursday said that the BOI will be adding a board of directors "in which only two directors will come from within the bank. Fischer's comments came at the annual convention of the Association of Publicly Traded Companies in Israel."A system in which one man makes all the decisions is an unhealthy system because there is too much risk," Fischer said."We will have a board of directors in which only two directors will come from within the bank. This board will decide the budget, work plans, and other matters," Fischer added.
