FM: France could have historic role in Israel-Arab dialogue

France could have a historic role in facilitating dialogue between Israel and moderate Arabs, Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman told French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius on Monday.
Liberman was speaking with the French minister during a trip to Brussels, where he planned to convince the EU to put Hezbollah on its terror list. Liberman also met with his British counterpart William Hague, who extended his "deepest condolences on the terrorist atrocity in Bulgaria," which killed five Israelis last week.
On the topic of Syria, Liberman issued a stiff warning that Israel "will not restrain itself" and will respond "very aggressively" to chemical weapon transfer from Syria.
