Hazardous substance leaks at Ben Gurion Airport

A hazardous substance leaked out of a container in the cargo area of Ben Gurion Airport on Saturday night, Israel Radio reported.
No one was injured.
The container was brought to Israel on a cargo flight from Belgium.
The substance is known as Acrylamide and is chiefly used as a coagulant, but can also cause cancer and damage the nervous system.
El Al Airlines and Ministry of Transportation inspectors were investigating the incident.
