The High Court of Justice on Monday ordered the Prison Service to cancel the classification of Ze'ev Rosenstein as the "head of a criminal association," Army Radio reported.
Judges Inba Arbel and Esther Hayot ruled that in order to classify Rosenstein as such, a classification that harms his freedom of movement, the Prison Service must rely on intelligence information and not on the title, "Head of a crime organization."
In three weeks' time, a Prison Service committee in order to discuss Rosenstein's classification.
