Indian police arrest 6 suspects in gang-rape of Israeli tourist

Indian authorities have arrested six suspects, including three minors, in the case of an Israeli tourist who reported she was gang-raped while hitchhiking in the country's norther region on Sunday, local media reported Thursday.
The Times of India reported that police had arrested two suspects on Monday and another minor suspected of involvement in the case on Tuesday. On Wednesday, police reportedly arrested the remaining three suspects, one of whom was a minor.
Indian authorities identified the car used in the incident after reviewing CCTV footage from the area.
"The accused were under the influence of alcohol when they took the woman to Gojra village, about 10km from Manali, after offering to drop at Manali bus stand to catch a bus to Kaza in Spiti valley on July 24," the Times of India quoted a police official as saying.
