A Jerusalem man was indicted Monday at the Jerusalem District Court for the attempted rape of his neighbor, and indecent acts against her. The accused allegedly took advantage of the absence of the victim's husband and broke into his neighbors' apartment in order to attack her. The prosecution requested the court to remand the man for the duration of proceedings against him.
