Kurdish militant bomb attack on Turkish army outpost kills 2

ISTANBUL - Kurdish militants carried out a car bomb attack on a military outpost in southeast Turkey, killing one soldier and a member of the state-sponsored village guard militia, Anadolu Agency reported on Sunday.
Ten soldiers were also wounded in the attack by the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) which took place in the Ercis district of Van province, the state-run news agency said. It was not clear when the attack occurred.
