Livni: PM breaking Knesset Law by not meeting me monthly

Hot on the heels of the disclosure by former national security advisor Uzi Arad about the mishandling of national security matters in the Prime Minister's Office, comes the revelation by opposition leader Tzipi Livni that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu does not meet with her as frequently as he should. In fact she said, she couldn't really remember when they last sat down to discuss matters of national importance.
According to an amendment to the Knesset Law, passed in July, 2000, the Prime Minister is supposed to update the opposition leader at least once a month. According to Livni, the Prime Minister has not acted in accordance with the letter of the Law.
Livni was speaking on Sunday evening at the fifth annual Herzliya Conference for Influential Women which was discussing the new Middle East and its effect on the State of Israel.
