Mazuz real fear durin

"During Disengagement there was a real and concrete fear that for the first time in the history of the State of Israel we were going to reach a point where government institutions were not going to be able to execute a decision and policy passed by the government and Knesset," said Attorney-General Menachem Mazuz Wednesday at the state commission of inquiry into the treatment of those evacuated from their homes in Gush Katif. Mazuz went on to say that the situation reached a head in the settlement of Kfar Mimon, where thousands of people threatened to physically obstruct the Disengagement process.
