Putin arrives in Bethlehem, expected to meet Abbas

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Bethlehem on Tuesday morning, where he was scheduled to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
Putin visited the Church of the Nativity and the opening of a Russian cultural center, according to the Bethlehem-based Ma'an News Agency.
Putin met with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and President Shimon Peres on Monday in Israel and visited the Western Wall in Jerusalem early on Tuesday morning.
