Report: Hamas, Fatah agree on some names for new gov't

Hamas and Fatah representatives have agreed on several people who will be appointed in the new unity government between them being formulated in Cairo, a Fatah official told Ma'an on Tuesday.
Speaking from Gaza City, Fatah national relations official Diab Al-Loh said that progress was being made in discussions over the new government, following the signing of a unity deal between the two factions on May 4.
Loh stated that none of the names would be publicized until the government was ready and meetings between all the factions came to an end.
"The meetings have moved on to a second stage," the official explained, "we are now talking about increasing national partnerships."
