Thaksin 'will wait for right moment' to return to Thailand

BANGKOK - Exiled former Thai prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, whose sister appears to have won a landslide in the general election on Sunday, said he would wait for the right moment to return to Thailand from Dubai.
"I want to go back to Thailand but I will wait for the right moment" he said.
Thaksin, a billionaire ousted in a 2006 coup, lives in Dubai to avoid jail for graft charges he says were politically motivated.
