High-profile singer and television personality Margalit Tsanani arrived Sunday at Tel Aviv District Court Sunday where the prosecution was expected to approve a plea bargain.Tsanani and crime boss Michael Hazan were charged at the end of August with conspiring to commit a crime and acting jointly to extort Tsanani’s talent manager, Assaf Atadegi.Tsanani was expected to confess to committing some, but not all, of the charges, and that the prosecution will produce an amended indictment, according to a Channel 2 report last Wednesday. “She will receive a six-month prison sentence, which will take the form of community service,” the report added.
