US President Barack Obama has strongly recommended to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak not to run for another term in elections, The new York Times reported citing American diplomats in Cairo and Washington.The message was conveyed to Mubarak by Frank G. Wisner, a former US diplomat with deep ties to Egypt.
