WHO urges travelers to Tajikistan to get polio vaccine

The outbreak of polio in Tajikistan on the Uzbekistan and Afganistan borders has led the World Health Organization and the Health Ministry to warn all would-be travelers to the area to be immunized against the virus.
In recent weeks, 120 cases of polio have been reported in the former Soviet Central Asian republic.
