Yemen's Houthis said they had only struck a military camp in the city of Marib City on Saturday, when Yemen's Saudi-backed government said an explosion from a Houthi strike near a petrol station killed at least 17 people.
Senior Houthi official, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi said the group welcomed an independent investigation into civilian casualties.
