Yishai: IDF needs to extend Gaza operation to return quiet

In order to return quiet to the South of Israel and reach a cease fire agreement with Hamas, the IDF needs to extend operations in Gaza and strike harder, Interior Minister Eli Yshai said on Sunday evening.
Speaking to Channel 2, Yishai said that if Hamas pays a heavy price for firing rockets into Israel, they would think a hundred times before firing more rockets.
The interior minister called on the IDF "to bring destruction to infrastructure, public buildings, government buildings and terrorists's homes," so they could "deal with their destruction and not with destroying [Israel]."
