Scientific beauty skincare brand Gallinée, one of the world’s leaders in the field of the microbiome, is launching its activity in Israel and presenting a new, smart approach to skincare that respects biological nature and works with it, not against it.

Behind the brand stands Dr. Marie Drago, a French pharmacist specializing in the skin microbiome, who turned her doctoral research into a brand with international patents, and was among the first to understand that the skin is a living, complex, and sensitive system—and that to keep it healthy, cooperation is key.

The brand’s vision is skincare products that treat the skin by preserving the microbiome—a delicate ecological system of good bacteria that live on the skin’s surface, protect it, reduce inflammation, balance moisture, and strengthen the natural protective barrier.

Link Hotel in Tel Aviv continues its culinary renewal and launches Zutt: New York–style pizza with a Tel Aviv soul. Zutt, in Italian-American slang, means “down”—a hint to where it all began: The kitchens of Italian immigrants who arrived in America and created their own culinary line influenced by the traditional cuisine they brought with them. At Link, they took the classic, added an Israeli touch, and the result is a pizza that bridges traditional Neapolitan pizza and modern American pizza in a local interpretation, integrated into the hotel’s Hub located downstairs.

At Zutt, three types of flour are used from the Italian boutique mill “Petra,” which grinds wheat with millstones using a traditional method. The dough undergoes a 72-hour fermentation process, and the toppings are high quality—because that’s what an artisanal chef pizza deserves (there’s also a vegan version).

The menu includes starters and pizzas: Margherita—tomato sauce, mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, and basil; Marinara—tomato sauce, garlic, capers, and arugula; Leek—béchamel sauce, mozzarella, Bûche, and thyme; Forest Mushrooms—béchamel sauce, mozzarella, brie, shiitake, oyster mushrooms, and thyme; Potato—béchamel sauce, mozzarella, piccante gorgonzola, and rosemary; Ortiz Anchovy—tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil, and oregano; Honey Chili—tomato sauce, mozzarella, and jalapeño; Thassos Olives—tomato sauce, mozzarella, green chili, red onion, oregano, and basil. Of course, there are cocktails and desserts as well.

And if coffee needs milk, after about two years of development, Tnuva launches Alternative Simple—a chilled soy drink with a clean ingredient label, based on water, soybeans, and salt. This is a first step in Tnuva’s long-term strategy to expand its range of products based on a minimal number of ingredients in the dairy alternatives category. During the year, the company is expected to launch additional products, including an oat drink and yogurt.

The technology was developed at Tnuva’s R&D center, using deep knowledge and years of expertise in soy and oat raw materials, along with investment in advanced infrastructure and production processes at the plant, such as clean, high-quality extraction of soybeans, enabling a balanced taste, smooth texture, and high foaming ability—ideal for use in coffee and daily consumption.
