Israel's defense establishment is maintaining maximum readiness ahead of Rosh Hashanah, amid concerns that Hezbollah, Hamas, or Iran could seek to exploit the holiday period.
The strikes follow an announcement by Defense Minister Israel Katz earlier on Friday that the IDF had cleared Lebanon's Ali al-Taher ridge tunnels of Hezbollah terrorists.
