As Hamas continues to terrorize innocent Gazans and aid workers alike, the UN insists on operating under broken systems that give Hamas a safety net, GHF director Johnnie Moore says.

GHF stated that it had informed the news agency that it had never seen, created, or been involved in this presentation prior to its publication.

“Let’s be realistic here, there’s barely anything left of the security structure. Most of the leadership, about 95%, are now dead,” the Hamas official told the BBC."

The gaps between Israel and Hamas are narrow, a source familiar with the talks told The Jerusalem Post.

What comes next after the July 5 incident is important in showing that GHF will stay the course. It will also be necessary to learn lessons from the incident. 

While Hamas appears to be moving forward with ceasefire negotiations, the terror organization still has details in the latest draft of ceasefire arrangements that have yet to be ironed out.

The attack was part of "explicit plans to target American personnel, Palestinian aid workers, and the civilians who rely on our sites for food," GHF said.

“We take the safety and security of our sites very seriously. When behavior falls short of our standards, we act,” GHF said. 

A Swiss government body said that the GHF had not fulfilled certain legal requirements, including having the correct number of board members, a postal address, or a Swiss bank account.
