Political betrayal has been altogether legitimized when the betrayed was not an individual but an entire country.

"This country is a curse. Judaism is a curse. I am done with both of them. Or rather, they finished me," Maayan Agmon-Kehati wrote on social media after the probe into her son's death was closed.

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said "our diplomatic contacts have not stopped to ward off the specter of war" with Israel, noting that "the specter of war is still there."

"If they take our weapons away and return us to our homes and lands, I think, as far as I’m concerned, that’s what needs to be done," the Hezbollah insider said.

These gaps were identified during post-war investigations to prepare for future conflicts with the terrorist group.

Yitzhak Horowitz wrote in the Hebrew weekly magazine B’KeHila about his trip, which was illegal for most Israelis without special authorization, and the risk it posed to him.

According to Army Radio, the attack targeted a vehicle in the city of Jannata, located in the Tyre district, in what seems to be a targeted assassination of a Hezbollah terrorist.

The IDF had sent out a photo of Abdullah in a Lebanese army uniform, and Hezbollah did not deny that the two other individuals he was killed with were connected to the terror organization.

“The presence of the attacked launch sites constitutes a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon,” the military stated.
