The Nova music festival was a trance music festival that took place on October 6 and 7, 2023, in Re'im in southern Israel, and was the site of a brutal Hamas massacre as part of the October 7 massacre.
The festival saw around 3,500 people attend, but in the end, 364 people were murdered by Hamas terrorists, and dozens of others captured and taken back to Gaza as hostages.
The incident was one of the worst massacres of civilians in Israeli history, and was among the most brutal incidents to occur on October 7.
"Walking amongst the images of the people that were killed or taken hostage here. It was absolutely overwhelming," Dr. Phil wrote.
"This film pulled us all in from the first few frames, and we felt that we were in skillful hands. It was fiercely executed and superbly performed," the jury said.

The exhibit is an interactive display set up in collaboration with some of the producers and survivors of the music festival and aims to recreate the visuals and sounds of the massacre.
The New York City Mayor has previously criticized pro-Palestinian protesters, and has condemned the October 7 attacks.
Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine said that he condemned the "repulsive, vile" targeting of the exhibition.
The event had the largest number of participants in its 55 year history. The Walk is Canada’s largest Jewish community event and the world’s largest Israel solidarity walk outside of Israel.
Rosa Ziv, the mother of Shlomi Ziv, who was one of the hostages rescued in Saturday's operation, shared her feelings and said, "I believed that Shlomi would return with all my might."
