Two Palestinians terrorists were arrested by the Shin Bet at the Erez crossing at the beginning of March, Israel Radio reported.

Samih Hadad, an Islamic Jihad operative from the Gaza Strip, meant to use forged medical documents to enter Israel and execute a suicide bombing.

Ihab Titi, an El-Arub resident who had moved to Gaza, had been instructed to establish an Islamic Jihad terror base that would attack the IDF and Israeli civilians.

Titi had also been told to kidnap soldiers or Israeli civilians in order to negotiate the release of Palestinian prisoners.
