13-year-old dies on school hiking trip in J'lem area

A 13-year-old from Dimona died during a school hiking trip to Nahal Katlav in the Judean Mountains on Thursday, after apparently suffering an asthma attack  .
According to his classmates, the boy told teachers he was feeling unwell before he collapsed during the trip in the Jerusalem area.
An MDA team pronounced him dead after attempts to revive him proved unsuccessful.
Teachers stressed that the boy had passed all the required medical examinations prior to the  trip.
