Five people, including four minors, were indicted in the stabbing death of another minor in the Beersheba District Court on Thursday.

Four of those accused were indicted with manslaughter and the fifth, a minor, was charged with murdering Israel Eliezer.

According to the indictment, the stabbing took place when Eliezer and a friend approached the group of five and asked for a cigarette two weeks ago in Beersheba. The accused told him that they didn't have any.

When Eliezer approached them a second time, they threw a cigarette at him and one of the youths pulled out a knife and stabbed him several times in the torso.
