Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper is the only G8 leader unwilling to embrace US President Barack Obama's calls for peace talks based on pre-1967 borders, The Globe and Mail reported on Wednesday.According to the Canadian daily, Harper announced his opposition to Obama's speech during a pre-G8 briefing.
