Egyptian Cabinet officially resigns after days of protests

CAIRO  — Egyptian state television said Saturday that the Cabinet has officially resigned after days of protests.

The news comes after days of wide-spread protests swept the the country calling on Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to step down.
