Haifa Municipality has plan prepared in case of war

The Haifa Municipality has prepared a plan in case of war or missile attack, Army Radio reported on Monday.Part of the Carmel tunnel routes will become mass emergency shelters that will be able to accommodate tens of thousands of people, according to the plan.In addition, the municipality has mapped all the businesses in Haifa, taking note of their measurements, in order to examine the possibility of requiring owners to open them during a war.
