A Holon man in his 40's told police on Sunday that seven people kidnapped him and tried to take money from him nearly a year and a half ago.

Recently, according to the man, the group made another effort to extort money from the man prompting him to finally contact police.Among the seven he is accusing, a few are women which he has known since childhood, and he may have been involved with one of them romantically.

Police arrested six people, who were stopped last month in connection to possible robberies targeting Holocaust survivors.

The six are connected to a criminal organization that operates in the Central Israel region.
