J'lem: Police release Sheikh Jarrah stabbing suspects

Jerusalem police released two suspects on Monday who were implicated in a stabbing attack against Jerusalem resident Moshe Frank near the tomb of Shimon Hatzadik in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, Israel Radio reported.
Frank told Israel Radio that minutes before he was stabbed, a group of Jews were taunting a group of Palestinians.
Frank also said the residential neighborhood in Sheikh Jarrah is a provocation because the neighborhood is owned by Arabs.
