A 75-year-old man died of stab wounds he sustained in his apartment in Karmiel, police said on Wednesday night.

Police said several leads were being followed, including the possibility that the man was stabbed by his step son during an argument.

Suicide was a second option being examined by homicide detectives, a Galilee police spokesman said.
