Katz: Halt water supply to Gaza if Rafah becomes commercial

Transportation Minister Israel Katz on Monday said that Egypt's opening of the Rafah crossing into Gaza presents Israel with an opportunity to cut off its civilian ties with the Strip, he told Israel Radio.
If the crossing to Egypt is opened for commercial traffic, he added, Israel should announce that it will cease to provide electricity, water and other utilities to Gaza.
