A man from the Center was tricked into a violent robbery in the Arab village of Tira in December, after being invited by a gang to attend an "intimate encounter" on a gay dating website, police disclosed on Friday. "A suspect invited the victim to come to his home in Tira," police said in a statement. "When the victim, 20, arrived in Tira, he was picked up by the suspect and driven to a dark alley, where the suspect's friends were waiting," the statement continued. The 20-year-old was subjected to a "brutal robbery," police said, suffering physical assault, and left naked by his attackers. Police in recent days arrested four suspects from Tira in their 20s. "They have linked themselves to the incident," police said.
