The National Union faction on Monday called on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to reject a prisoner exchange deal with Hamas to secure the release of captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit. "We call on Netanyahu not to give in to Hamas and not to free hundreds of murderers. Surrendering to a terror organization while endangering the security of Israel's citizens is a moral and ethical failure of a sovereign state and a blow to Israel's deterrence," the factions said in a statement, according to Channel 10.
