Prison Service looking for a Torah study partner for Amir

The Prison Service on Wednesday was attempting to find another prison to study with Yigal Amir, the man who assassinated late prime minister Yitzhak Rabin.

The move comes after the High Court ruled that Amir, who is being held in solitary confinement, is entitled to study the Torah once every two weeks.
