The monument memorializing former prime minister Yitzhak Rabin at Tel Aviv's Rabin Square was damaged after midnight Friday. The words "Price tag" and "Free Yigal Amir" were written on the monument and white paint that was thrown on it.
Municipal guards were at the monument, which is located outside city hall, and he was subsequently arrested by police.
