Report: Angola's envoy to Israel fired for attending embassy opening

Angola's envoy to Israel was fired from the foreign service of his country following his participation in the new US embassy opening in Jerusalem last week, Channel 2 News reporter Dana Weiss tweeted on Tuesday.

According to Weiss's tweet, the envoy was released from service for harming Angola's good reputation. The deputy general who authorized the envoy's participation was also removed from his position, according to the tweet.
