The state said Monday that the evacuation of the Migron outpost cannot be prevented, in response to a petition filed by Migron residents to the High Court.

The state said the residents must respect the court ruling on the matter.

However, the state requested that the court delay the evacuation of some of the building by three months, in order to exhaust the procedures for checking their proprietary claims.
