The state's key witness in the Holyland trial involving former prime minister Ehud Olmert and 15 other defendants was hospitalized on Wednesday at Ichelob Medical Center, halting the case in its tracks.

S.D., as he is known under a gag order, will stay in the hospital at least overnight for tests to determine his condition. In the meantime, Thursday's hearing in the case was cancelled and it is unclear when the case will move forward pending the results of the medical tests.
