There is no house where the windows do not desperately need cleaning much more than we are allowed to clean them, and why?
Because the task of cleaning the windows is complicated! We have to turn to her, climb, drag cleaning products, water and quite a few accessories after us such as a wet rag, a bucket, a dry cloth, a dedicated spray for cleaning windows, and absorbent paper or newspaper for the more serious and we haven't even talked about a ladder! Those who are really "sick of cleaning" will not remain indifferent in case a cloth is dusty or with hand marks, but what can you do even if you really want to - you will not be able to clean at the required rate, or you will not be able to clean the upper part of a high window above the maximum height that your palm can reach.
So sometimes, far or near, depending on how much the matter bothers you and how much is financially possible, you can order a cleaning company that comes with the necessary equipment and, if necessary, also abseil outside the buildings or arrive with a crane (yes, sounds grandiose) just to reach the outside of the window in places tall.
And now, it seems that someone is answering prayers after all! There is no doubt that most window cleaners, during the execution of the task, before and after it, wish that some futuristic robot would replace them. That the windows in the house will always be clean, that it is possible to draw back the curtain without being ashamed of the level of dust and dirt that has accumulated on the pane.
These days, at the right time for the "Holiday of Cleanliness" (Pesach), the Crystalino Group, which markets the smart electrical products of the company Smarter, is launching, " A new "friend" (robot) that you will really want to adopt - he will help you with the most unloved housework that exists while you can free yourself and turn your hands to any other occupation of your choice. So far - sounds like a dream! So I went out to check and came back with accurate impressions but first, here are a few words about the product as it is marketed to the consumer.
The W-S3S smarter robotic window cleaner is designed for efficient and simple cleaning of windows, showcases, marble surfaces, mirrors and showers with remote control.
The robot uses two-way water spraying and drying using a flannel layer, it provides continuous, high-quality and quiet work on the way to a perfect result of shiny surfaces.
Thanks to the new sensor system, smart programs and easy operation - the W-S3S robot cleans all the windows of the house, shop windows and mirrors. It has a wide coverage area, calculates the cleaning route by itself, reaches every corner of the surfaces and does not leave traces or scratches. W-S3S reaches a cleaning speed of 1 minute per 2.5 square meters, automatically navigates, has a power of 75 watts, a suction power of 2800PA, protection with a safety rope, and quiet work with a low noise level of 65dB. The device allows two-way spraying, Contains two water tanks and is controlled remotely by a smart app.
As someone who has been managing a house for over 20 years and is almost exclusively responsible for the level of cleanliness and order in the house (despite the division of duties and the ideal that each of the residents of the house should share the burden), I have tried almost every solution that has been proposed to ease the housework in general and cleaning the windows in particular.
The last innovation I tried, before I gave up, was a two-way magnetic wiper that sticks to both parts of the window (inside the house and outside) that requires manual activation, which although helped a little with the cleaning work, but required wiping the marks it left with dry paper/newspaper.
In addition, its rubber wiper wore out after 2-3 attempts and since I was not overly enthusiastic about the performance and I did not have an accessible and quick solution to replace it, the "renewal" went into storage and has not seen the light of day since. Upon opening it, I discovered that the contents are not scary either (it's hard for me with a lot of parts and unidentified objects, it always seems complicated and then I give up in advance and pass it on to someone who is willing to check for me).

The thoughtful simplicity with the accessories makes the product friendly and you can mark V on the initial meeting between us.

Safety rope - when the robot works from the outside of the window, it is important to make sure to connect the safety rope to a heavy piece of furniture in the room to prevent it from falling down in the event of a power failure, an uncharged backup battery or any emergency situation that occurs.
The claim - before the initial use, the robot must be charged for 6 consecutive hours so that the built-in backup battery is filled properly.
Working time - it is important to always operate the robot when it is connected to the electric cable. The built-in backup battery will come into action in an emergency (such as a power outage) so that the robot does not fall.
Range of operation - the electric cable is 6 meters long so you can use the robot to clean particularly tall windows or if the distance from the nearest electrical outlet requires it.
Two-sided or one-way - the robot works on only one side of the windshield each time. When he finishes working on the outside/inside part of the window, you can manually light it on the other side. It is suitable for working on both sides of the window but does not work on them at the same time.
The cleaning cloths - the cloth is easily attached using scotch tape. The attachment is easy but it is important not to hide the sensor located in the middle of the bottom (don't worry, it's hard to get confused).
Filling the tank - the robot has two water tanks on both sides, a small one with a capacity of 18 ml (half of the attached bottle) for filling water with the option of adding detergent and the other larger one with a capacity of 35 ml (full attached bottle) for filling water only. Although the robot allows work on showers, mirrors and glass railings inside the house, we did not find this use to be practical. Small areas like these, it is possible and maybe even desirable to continue cleaning manually. On the other hand, for cleaning a balcony railing (which is difficult to clean from the outside), the robot works great. It should be noted that the level of cleaning is good but not sufficient for difficult writings such as a spot of fresh paint that has dried, dust that has turned into dry mud, or one piece of dirt that has dried over time and the robot cannot remove it (due to the amount of water sprayed and the use of only a soft cloth, which requires a type of "putty" " or another scraping accessory that removes this type of dirt.
The noise during work is unpleasant but also not unusual and no different from any electrical product intended for cleaning such as a vacuum cleaner, hood, etc. Another thing we would be happy if it were possible is for the robot to operate independently and wirelessly, without The cumbersome cable. With the exception of what I ordered, the W-S3S robotic window cleaner from smarter did a great job and meets the expectations (even beyond the ones I came with). It fits very well and becomes more affordable the more areas you have to clean, for example: external railings, high windows or A very large showcase in the living room.
Regarding the price - it is not easy to convince people who have tried accessories that disappointed them, to spend a considerable amount of money for an operation that is done relatively rarely (depending on how careful you are about cleaning your window), unlike a dishwasher for cleaning dishes and a vacuum cleaner, which are used more frequently.
