Two women arrested during protest in front of May Golan's residence

Two Israeli women were arrested during a protest in front of Likud Minister May Golan's residence on Monday morning, according to Maariv.

During the protest, demonstrators criticized the minister for the advancement of the status of women for, among other things, voting to disband the Authority for the Advancement of the Status of Women and voting against equal representation for women on Knesset lists.
