Arab League chief Nabil Elaraby on Monday voiced "deep concern" over the death of twenty-five Palestinian civilians following the Syrian attack on the refugee camp of Yarmouk, official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
The Arab League chief said in a statement that the Syrian authorities are soley responsible for the security of the Palestinians in the refugee camps, adding that violence against Palestinians is a violation of international law.
