Family court judge orders paternity test for gay father

Jerusalem family court judge Philip Marcus on Monday night ordered Dan Goldberg to undergo a paternity test in India to confirm he is the father of Itai and Liron. Goldberg was issued an adoption certificate for the twins by the Indian government, earlier on Monday.A positive paternity test result is required by the court so that the children can be admitted to Israel and naturalized as citizens.On Monday morning Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told the Knesset he had asked Interior Minister Eli Yishai to help the father bring his twin babies home with him.
